Dattaram Shinde is a Fellow member of ICSI, an Associate member of ICMAI (formerly ICWAI) and IIA, India. He has completed his graduation in commerce (B.Com) and Law (LLB) from Mumbai University. He has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (MBA) from Symbiosis, Pune.

He is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and Registered IP Attorney.

Dattaram has over two decades of corporate experience in corporate restructuring, corporate governance, secretarial, corporate legal & litigation management, IPR & brand protection with leading Indian global conglomerates in FMCG, Consumer Durables, PDW, Food & Beverages, Real Estate, Textile and Pharma industry. He has extensive experience of working with Big 4 consulting firms, leading law firms and senior counsels.
